THIS IS MY POEM I WROTE IT MYSELF I CALL IT LOVES LAST RIDE IF YOU ACTUALLY READ IT TELL ME HOW U LIKE IT
He looked in my eyes and said the words that made me melt
When i looked in his eyes everything was heart felt
We started on the right track
When something went down he had my back
When i saw him my heart would skip a beat
When his lips touched mines it felt like someone turned up the heat
With him by my side my life was complete
We grew older and things only got better
From day one we were destined to be together
I felt it in my heart and he felt it too
I stayed at home while he did what he had to do
We were driving 100,000 dollar cars
We were known in the hood as ghetto all stars
I was bonnie he was clyde
I told him through it all i would ride
Trips to the exotic islands
We were living the life
He became my husband and i his wife
We had million dollar homes and thousand dollar suits
We had it all we were in cahoots
Until the day the feds came through
Took all our belongings and him too
I stayed by his side cause i was his wife
But how could i ride when he got sentenced to life
Now im stuck all alone with no one there
Because throughout my life he was my only care
As i stand over his casket watching him rest
I realize i have nothing left
He was my rock and now hes gone
He left me in this world all alone
I smile and think how nice it will be to join my man for eternity
With that thought in my mind i place the gun to my head
I look to the sky and there he is with an extended hand
I pull the trigger and join my man
Now i'll forever be by his side
I kept my promise and took loves last ride
