Comedian Kevin Hart was arrested in Southern California on suspicion of DUI after his black Mercedes nearly collided with a tanker trunk. California Highway Patrol Officer Ed Jacobs says Hart appeared intoxicated when he was pulled over. Hart then failed a field sobriety test.
