Teacher Gets 5 Months In JAIL For Sleeping With STUDENTS!!! While many sex offenders get years in prison, this teacher is getting what many think is a slap on the wrist.

A teacher accused of sleeping with up to 4 students, will only be spending 5 months in prison. Here is what Palmer Patch reported...

The former Bangor Area High School teacher who pleaded guilty to having sex with a 17-year-old student was sentenced Friday to prison for five months in prison.

Rachel Farrell, was accused of having sex with up to four teenage boys at the school, but pleaded guilty today to only one charge of corrupting a minor.

The boy, now 18, told police that Farrell was his 11th grade reading teacher at Bangor high School.

He said "he and Farrell had sexual intercourse numerous times at many different locations. Many times were in her car or his car parked in secluded locations,"

Only one of the students cooperated with police, however, and the district attorney dropped additional charges involving the other boys.

The age of sexual consent in Pennsylvania is 16. But “corruption of minors” is when someone older than 18 corrupts the “morals” of anyone under 18.

Well it depends what type of man we talking about of course since we talking about school teachers yes we all know that if this where a male teacher he would get some years and a whole lot of years if it had been a black teacher or a whole hell of time if it where a black male teacher/ white girl student lol but what gets me is the "law" which says in the state of pennsylvania "the age of sexual consent is 16 but (corruption of minors) is when someone older than 18 corrupts the (morals) of someone under 18... Now I understand if your grown ass is trying to have sexual relations with a minor then you wrong I get that ,, but what their saying is by law since the boy agreed to having sex that it's not a case of rape or child molestation bcuz 16 is of legal age for sexual consent thus getting her off doing serious time which doesn't make any sense bcuz this boy obviously knew what he was doing and if he didn't it would be a rape/ molestation case so if that's the law and 16 is of legal age why is she being charged and they use words like morals lol now I'm not taking this woman side but this law is crazy
