I know this is gonna piss you off, but (truly) according to the system it's not considered a murder. It's most likely considered a death. If death occurs while protecting yourself or a loved one (no matter what) that person shouldn't be charged. Now if the father called the police, let him get arrested (or get away), then went out and killed the guy it would be considered a murder. But in this case it's self defense.
Plus he caught the guy in the act of trying to rape his daughter if he found out later and killed him this would be a murder and we'd have a different story to comment on |

She went about it using the justice system. He served two years in jail. Registered as a sexual predator. Got out and raped 2 other young girls. He went to jail for 5 more years and got out. |

I hate this mental sickness with a personal passion, bt he shouldnt have killed especially in front of his baby. Thats definately traumatic for her. However, I totally understand this was a crime of passion he wont get no 1st degree. My opinion is that death was'nt deserved in this situation:death is the easy way out, should be held to put out of misery. I wish he had stop a few hits before death and let that guy be brought before the justice system. This article does say attempting to molest:meaning what? Inappropriate behavior or touching? If this guy caught, I mean had to actually endure the sight of any man violating his bby girl I hope the judge takes that into consideration.
Ive been in this scenario and my son's father in waiting on trial this month for trying to kill a known sex offender so I understand the feeling , thoughts and emotions running through dads head. Some time u dnt realize what your doing til its too late and the guy is dead. So I wish dad and his bby girl all the recovery possible and hope they can over come this. Atleast he cares about his child and will protect her at all cost. |
