Mom Gets 5yrs In Jail For Finding Son & RAPING HIM!!!

Believe it or not, a mother who gave up their son for adoption, found him via Facebook, then had sex with him.

After trials, the 32 year old Mistie Atkinson, was sentenced to just 5 years in prison.

Here is what NY Daily News reported...

The California mom who slept with her estranged teen son says she didn't commit incest - it was "genetic attraction."

Mistie Rebecca Atkinson, 32, was sentenced to four years and eight months in prison.

Atkinson, pleaded no contest to incest, oral copulation, lewd contact with a minor and distribution of lewd material to a minor.

But in a letter to the court, Atkinson said she doesn't consider what she did as incest.

"I don't feel like I should have the charge of incest because there is something called genetic attraction that is a very powerful (phenomenon) that happens to 50 (percent) of people becoming reunited with a long-lost relative."

Atkinson, who had been estranged from her son nearly his entire life, was reunited with the teen last year, when she tracked him down on Facebook.

She reportedly sent her then 16-year-old son multiple inappropriate messages and nude photos.

Police found the pair in a hotel room in April, after the boy's family learned about the relationship and contacted authorities.

There are another couple of reasons why she's gettin it so easy And don't think I'm suddenly racist because I'm NOT (I have white relatives who I love like crazy.) But look at the story & look at her...Get a good look?.....The reason I told you to look at the story & at the woman is because usually , ONLY white people do this kind of s***t.

The other reason is Simply the fact That she is a WOMAN. Let this have been a black woman they either woulda put her away for 50 years or for life. And let a bear eat the key. This woman goes in for.... lets say armed robbery.

She' get's the night in jail. Maybe a few hours in jail A black woman goes in fr the EXACT same thing (NO CHANGES) They automatically slap 20 years on her. With no sign of probation.

Where's the Ghost of Honest Abe or Johnny C***krin When you can use them the MOST?.....Am I Right?

Hold Up .....This was his mama? ? ......DAAAAAAMMMMN (I had to get that out) Anyway, moving on. Although she IS Sexy as hell, that is FAR BEYOND WRONG.

1. It's Statutory RAPE in the 1st degree. (wheater it was Concentual Sex or Not)

2. She gave him up for Adoption (So she knew from day 1, she was unstable and physically & mentally unfit to raise a child.)

3. 5 Years??? That's VERY Sexist..... for 2 reasons Her is the first....... Leneancy on her because the victim is her son (instead of raping someone elses child she raped her own so she wouldn't think the situation would be as bad.

Second, If this had been a dude raping a girl, The Minimum amount of years he would get for it is 25 years. (10 or 15 with a "Casey Novak" for a Defense Attorney) The MAX is probably 50+ years. Or Whatever the death penalty is now.

The Casey Novak part is a Law & Order S.V.U. joke.

Bottom Line, the B***h shouldn't have raped her son PERIOD. And I say 5 Years ain't enough.

If she get's raped in prison though, I say.......MORE POWER TO THOSE FEMALE PRISONERS WHO RAPED HER. That way, she'll know EXACTLY how it feels.

And to her son, I say this: I'm sorry you had to experience that. I don't know how old you are, but Trust me, whatever she put you through, Women's Prison is gonna Force feed it all back to her 100 fold over the course of the next 5 years. (Or more if the courts decide so.) So don't even worry about a plan of revenge.
