LEGAL OR NOT..if residents are concerned( and damn well should be) and call it in..we have an OBLIGATION to investigate it...and u have the right to carry (if your state permits it) just as well as we have the right to ID you..to make sure you are LEGALLY carrying. We dont know you therefor we can And WILL ID you...(non negotioble). It doesnt matter about your f***kin knowledge of the law..this dumbazz was jus trying to give the officer a hard time and was hoping the officer would violate his rights in some form just so he could have it on film(obviously). Did i mention failure to identify yourself to a peace officer is an arrestable offense?.. he wasnt being "harassed" u misinformed dumbazz twit. And no officer got punked.. that officer coulda been a true azzhole if he really wanted to..and you dont know what we can and cant do as officers...know your facts b4 u speak on em |

ok first of all the dude with the gun is a f***kin d***k...that cop didnt do anything wrong all he wanted to do was ask for his ID. The dude could of been a felon or not even had a permit. but he started running off at the mouth talking about they had no reason to stop him...um if they get calls about a guy walking down the street with a gun out is cause of concern. they have the rite to check it out...hell he could of been on bath salts or something lol |
