| | yeah that's true... but... if that was the case the only way police would have the right to search is if the drugs are visible, if you are being arrested in your house, if a suspect is trying to escape, or by a persons consent ...other than that the court would have to issue a specific search warrant on your private property if the judge is convinced that there is probable cause of any criminal activity or contraband.

just because you say somebody "has" something, doesn't give the police the right unless they suspect criminal activity then they get a warrant to search on the private property, because what if the guys are licensed and they want to sell them to someone who is also licensed. |
