2yr Old Baby HANGS FROM BALCONY On TALL BUILDING!!!...VIDEO

The parents, the babysitter, makers of the doors, many people can be blamed for what you are about to see.

A 2yr old child somehow got onto the balcony, climbed up on the ledge, and decided to just chill and hang out. The balcony was over 100 feet up.

Police who went up to the apartment say they found the boy's mum and a man asleep inside. She said her friend was supposed to be keeping an eye on the child but fell asleep. She also added the doors in the apartment don't shut properly and he must have got on to the balcony.

Bad parenting...

Let's say your at home with your lil child, or lil cousin or your watching someone's child(ren), and you get up to use the restroom (say #1), and soon as you get up and go the child decides to pull up a chair and go to the door and unlocks it and go's outside. Does that mean your a bad parent?

naw its not even Bad parenting... cuz the parent wasnt there she had "HER FRIEND" which was suppose to watch the baby but the friend went to sleep anyway smh..... BAD BABY SITTING CANT ALWAYS TRUST FRIENDS TO WATCH UR CHILD...... IJS

The poll said 65% feel the kid should be taken away from the mother. I strongly disagree, as much as you can watch your kids they can still within a moment do something to put theirself in danger. I think it's say to believe that the Friend figure everything was fine and he may have been tired btu he may not have known about the broken door. In any case i don't feel the child shoul;d be snatch away from his mother over an accident, cause sht happens.

Discipline your kids or this will happen. Don't beat them like black people normally do. I got a 2 year old and a 3 year old. They both know better but my 2 year old a dare devil. I dont be doing all that punching and slapping and s***t on them. I just lay them across my lap and spank them on they're bare ass. It helps to discipline smaller kids like that that way. But this child doesn't get discipline at all and I can tell because I have a spoiles neice who just walks out the house and go down the street when she please smh. So properly discipline your kids.

this type of stuff just happens, and alot of time the parents are most likely sleep....My son has went outside a couple times, and everytime it happened i put him to sleep nd try to take a nap myself....next thing i no i wake up...and the neighbors had to ring the door bell...he is 2 years old...the only way 2 prevent this from 2 year olds getting outside is to buy a lock for the patio, and buy a dead bolt lock for the door....even when im awoke and let him play in the house, he always trys to go outside...he even got out the patio his self...but every since i bought new locks it hasnt happened. so my suggestion would be to buy new locks. thank god he didnt fall, but this is normal for kids this age to get out on patios and try to go outside...if you have any kids, you'll find out...i bet the ppl who say bad parenting dont have kids

I'm not gonna just up and say bad parenting cuz in chicago I just seen a case like this that didn't end well. The 2yr old fell from a 2nd story window and barely survived. But at the same time...you gotta avoid s***t like that from happening...always plan for the worst.
