Haha wow I actually like this. Makes me miss my pet Python more and more. Kudos to the guy. Show em not all of us take fear in these creatures :D

My 5th grade teacher had one, I use to LOVE that thing I would stay after class and she'll let me feed and play with it. I think that species is very even tempered, cause out of the hundreds of times i held it never once bit me. But then again I made sure that I didn't pester it too much.

A few years ago I was out of the country. I worked for 2 weeks at a camp. While I was there, some kids found a snake. Another counselor looked at the snake, then said it wasn't a poisonous coral snake, but a snake that looked similar. He picked it up and played with it. He then put it into my hand. After a few minutes, he put the snake down. Later in the day, he told me that he was wrong. He'd forgotten the pattern of colors before. We had been holding a deadly snake. Never again
