Music superstar Flo Rida seems busy making hit party songs, but also has time for good causes.
The musician recently raised $1 million that will go towards breast cancer research.

Last week, Flo Rida was part of the "Think Pink concert" whose proceeds go towards breast cancer screening, treatment and research.
Although his exact donation wasn’t revealed, Flo helped raise around $1 million for the cause with the event.
To show their gratitude, the organizers of the event popped up at Flo’s "July 3 R You On the List Tour" kick off at the Bank United Center in Miami last week, thanking the hitmaker.
Flo told XXL in a statement. “It’s truly an honor to participate in such an outstanding event where all proceeds are donated to fund screening, treatment and research for breast cancer. I also salute the other artists who continue to dedicate their time"

thats good and i support this....but heres another thought (and dont hate me for being real people) instad of making people RAISE money out of their pockets towards research why dont multimillionare artist just DONATE some of the millions they have. i never got it.....example? ok during the whole haiti earthquake biz they got these artist talking bout "donate haiti needs help" f***k a haiti i got bills 2 pay. over 20 artist made a we are the world 2012....so why the f***k cudnt they donate some of their millions....last time i check 20 million from from artist combined is alot more than 1 million from a whole bunch of regular joes.....think about this people. thumbs down if u a simpleton hater who cant face the truth
