In the police report he stated he was beaten by a group of black men they made a big deal of it had it all over the news even collecting money to help his b***h ass. To be honest I'm both a strong black man and a striaght up nigga, and i'm proud to be both. When i'm in da hood niggas respect me cause I'm a hood nigga. I do hood nigga s***t. I believe we have the potential to be great. as a people there are no limits to the thing we can accomplish. every race has its flaws and the reason for that is because no matter how you look at it we are all human. none of us are better than the other. we all live. we all breed. and we all die. its as simple as that. the only thing that is worth anything is the expierences we share and the knowledge we gain and pass on. so wether you are a proud black brotherpushing towrds equality or rowdy ass hood nigga banging out in these streets or even just that cool afro american guy around the way be proud of who you are.

there's a diffrence between being a n***r and a nigga. A n***r is a racial epitaph used to demean and denigrate a race of people to make them seem less than human by societal standards. A nigga is a black man who has owned his peoples history and is determined not forget nor relive it, and has taken a term formally meant to disgrace him and turned it into something strong and powerful.
Other races say it in fear or secret. Some say it only in our presence with permission and feel grateful for that allowance as if our race is some type of secret society. The term "A real Nigga" is a statement above reproach and congratulations. Ex: Dezel washington dats a real nigga for you. not because he's ignorant but because he strong in his character and his beliefs. he's a good example for his people.
Think about it another way; As a people when we came to this country as slaves we lost our heritage, our cultures, our countries, and our names. We don't know if we are descendants of ethiopia, ghana, nigeria, our any other african country just that we are descended from that continent. our blood is mixed with many european nations, and natve american nations even a few asian.
The only term of race we were given in those times of slavery were n***r and blacks. Black beacuse of our darker skin and because black was determined to be the color of evil. But you don't feel its wrong to be called black because people say "black is beautiful" but it always wasn't looked at that way. we embraced it and changed the way the world looked at us. The same goes for the word n***r. We don't call each other n***rs we call each other niggas. For us it has become a term of endearment and brotherhood. a phrase used to display not only affection but also disgrace, joviality, and companionship.

So before saying something like "n***r Mentality is why other races think about our race as a piece of s***t" think about all the industries that a nigga mentality has affected. think about how many of those other races secretly want to be us and use our terms behind our backs within their inner circles. Hip-hop the youngest but one of the prominent cultures in this world today was started because of a niggas mentality. many of our premier black moguls excelled in life because they had a niggas mentality for success. The art of hustlin is because niggas be on their grind. Yea people see a group of niggas and say "Aww s***t here we go " why because they have no idea what could happen in the next 5min, cuz niggas is unpredictable, but everybody know we real with ours. Whatever happens happens cuz as niggas we gonna hold ours down.

SO yup i'm proud to be a nigga and i love having a nigga mentality, and f***k it if you don't like cuz a real nigga don't give a f***k anyway, he does what he wants . ;-p

Reading this headline is not all that surprising to me. These racist hoaxes have been going on for years. Let's name a few from the Scottsboro Boys case where 2 white girls claimed 9 black boys raped them, when really there were white men on the train who tried to rape them and the black boys protected these girls (1931) to Susan Smith who killed her 2 boys by strapping them in the car and rolling the car into the river in 1995 to the Jena Six in Jena, Lousianna where some white kids hung nooses from a tree and were constantly berated and encountered racial slurs, then they fought back and in the end had criminal charges brought against them for self defense in the year 2006. These cases are not uncommon it happens everyday and white racist people and blacks who believe that they are above others wonder why other blacks always feel that racism is always being used, because it is. I think it's sad that situations like this still occur but, whites and some blacks think that every black is racist and that's not the case at all. What whites don't understand and will never understand is that blacks encounter forms of intersectionality every single day. Whites have white privilege even if they aren't wanting of it. I think it' s also sad when I see blacks who think they are above other blacks (ON HERE) who constantly call blacks n***rs and monkeys. It's almost sad because either way it go you are still black and always will be. A racist white person doesn't see you as a higher class black male or female. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE SEEN AS BLACK...so it's unnecessary to talk down upon others. One last thing, those who are black and claim they are above other African American people you suggest your self hatred, you have not fully embraced where you have came from and also, you are really blinded by whites perception of you. You are afraid to be yourself. You are afraid that if you speak a certain way or dress a certain way that you won't be SOCIALLY ACCEPTED by the white community. You live your pathetic life trying to not make a mistake so that whites can accept you. I feel sorry for you. I will hope that one day you will love the skin you're end...because if not you will live your life in a bubble trying to impress others......THAT IS ALL

I totally agree with you in saying that SOME black people need to stop oppressing themselves and believing that the "white man" is out to get them...but neither I nor you are in their shoes so that is not our determination to make...maybe there is white people out to get them...just cause you may feel the white man isn't oppressing you...doesn't mean that in everyday life they are constantly being oppressed...

And also you said we need to focus on our own race...absolutely you're right...but how can we really get passed this nonsense when we have people like you are adding to the oppressiveness..feeling that you are better...you are no better than anybody else...and it is wrong of you to look down upon anybody...I think it's backwards for you to have BLACK POWER on your profile pic but yet, you can''t even hold some sort of belief that these black people can improve or get better...

When I hear black people say that the white man is oppressive it's deeper than what people think..It's not that I agree with that way of thinking but I'm open minded and I understand it...ex. when you think about our government very seldom do you see black people who are there in such a high ranking...say we look at college, when you apply for student loans and other things because you want to better yourself but, you have no one to help you...you enter a world of debt because essentially after school you have to pay that money back with interest (kind of like servitude in the old days)...who is to say that our money that we are working hard to pay back isn't going to the rich (and majority of those who are rich are white)....The only richest black person in the world (is OPRAH WINFREY)....Let's talk about wall street...when these fortune 500 companies were given money to rebuild but instead used it for themselves....again rich "white people"...

Like I said I really don't agree with that thinking because I know I will be successful and I know that I will have what I want out of life but sometimes blacks who live in the hood cannot get out ....we know that drugs are prevalent in the black neighborhoods so, if a young black boy makes a mistake and sells weed because he is hungry and gets caught that's on his record for the rest of his life...and he as a young teen cannot get a job anywhere because 9 times out 10 the person at the top of the corporate line is white...

That is where that line of thinking comes from and I have been fortunate enough to get an education and learn and use my knowledge and look further than that oppressive mentality some have not been...I don't use my knowledge to oppress others...I use it to help them...to understand what they see on a day to day basis...instead of being behind a computer screen and ridicule other black people for how they think...I NEVER HEAR YOU TALK ABOUT HOW YOU IN THE COMMUNITY HELPING YOUNG BLACK MALES TO GET OUT THAT SITUATION AND BETTER THEMSELVES...you simply bash other blacks from behind a computer screen which a lot of black people may never have an opportunity to own...HOW SAD
