Michael Phelps LOST!!!... No Medal !!
4 years ago, swimmer Michael Phelps was undoubtedly the best athlete at the Olympics, he won 8 gold medals.

He is one the most decorated athlete having have won 16 Olympic medals, and was planning on making history this year trying to win the most.

However, early in the games, he no longer seems invincible.

Fellow American Ryan Lochte wins gold while Michael Phelps settled for fourth place in the 400 meter individual relay. It is even worrisome considering he came in last place to qualify.
