39yr Old Man Gets 11yr Old PREGNANT!!!...NASTY!!!

Sadly, the title of the article is not an exaggeration.

39 year old Cesar Ernest Alcivar, is charged with capital sexual battery after he impregnated an 11 year old girl.

Here is what ABC News reported....

A 39-year-old Clearwater man was arrested after it was determined that he fathered an 12-year-old girl’s unborn child.

Cesar Ernest Alcivar had several sexual interactions with the girl within the last past year, beginning when she was 11-years-old.

The victim recently complained about stomach pains and her mother took her to the hospital. When she was examined by a doctor, it was determined the girl was pregnant.

The hospital contacted Clearwater Police. After conducting an investigation, police arrested Alcivar and charged him with Capital Sexual Battery based on the age of the victim at the time of the offence.
