When it comes to domestic violence and celebrities, fans seem to think they know the situation as if they happened to them.

Tila is back in court pressing charges on football star Shawne Merriman. TMZ reported that the price tag on that lawsuit: $1.5 million.

Now most people would think she is money hungry, even though her pockets are already fat, according to Tequila, she'll donate it all to charity.
